Services are delivered based on the information provided, and all work is completed with confidentiality, professionalism, and care. Fees are charged according to the selected subscription or service package, and payment is required as per the agreed billing cycle. Clients acknowledge that work will commence only after confirmation of service, acceptance of pricing, and completion of onboarding requirements. A minimum notice period applies for cancellation or changes to ongoing services.

Once services have commenced, refunds are not provided; however, adjustments or corrections will be offered if issues arise. Clients may cancel ongoing services with 7 days’ notice.
